Do you believe in miracles? We do! Despite this terrible Utahan market we sold our house four days after it was officially listed!! Plus, it was only five grand under what we asked! We are so happy that things went smoothly. Well, with some mixed emotions, since I really wasn't expecting it to go this fast. I had been hoping to let Liv finish out her preschool year with Little Learner's Academy (which I'd recommend to anyone) and I wanted to see my brothers through the end of the school year, and rack in some more dollars at work (more on that subject later). Oh well, I'm grateful for the lifted burden of having to keep a house clean and wondering if/when the house will sell.
Our next adventure lies in southern Utah where Todd and I will be returning to school at Southern Utah University. That's where we were going when we met, but when my mom's cancer spread we packed up so we could be back up north with her, no regrets there. Now we are so excited to continue our education so we can have a brighter future!

UMM...HELLO. WHY HAVEN'T I HEARD ABOUT THIS BEFORE!!! I can't believe you are moving. At least it's still within the state. A great reason for me to come visit. So give me more details. When do you leave? AHhhhh! I'm serious, my heart dropped when I saw the word sold over a house. Congrats though. That's awesome that it sold so fast. I wish I could have bought it.
Wait, are you both going to school? Is Todd going back to school, too? I've got to call you guys tomorrow. Did you get my message about Easter?
Cory - yeah, we got your message. I'll be working that saturday probably, but go ahead and give us a call when you're hear and we'll see what we're up to. And yeah, we're both going to go to school.
Tami, it's Jessica (used to be Larsen). I came across your blog. I hope that's okay. Congratulations on selling your home. It sounds like it is all for a good reason. Your family is cute! You all look so happy. Great scrapbook pages as well!
I'm so glad you sold your house. It looks like a really beautiful home. I love Southern Utah-- I was born in St. George and grew up there. I love going back. I'm amazed by how much it's grown.
Good luck!
Congratulations!! My parents have been trying to sell their house for 5 months.
Good for you for both for going back to school. It is one decision you will not regret.
Wow! Someone's looking out for ya'll! I'm glad to hear that things are going smoothly and you'll be able to finish your educations!
