Yesterday we attempted family pictures, and it went amazingly well. When Gary turned two I took him to my studio at Sears to get pictures taken... he was so terrified of the flash that he ran away. We had to box him in the room, but still he would not put one foot on the backdrop. Todd brought him into work a couple of times so he could get used to mommy and the big flash (since that seamed to be what scared
him). When I took the kids in for
Easter pictures my district manager was there & did a fabulous job getting my kids to love getting their pictures taken in the studio. I didn't know what to expect this time around... and I was pleasantly surprised when both kids were
extremely cooperative. Even Gary was laughing & having fun, doing all that was asked of him! He was good until the photographer had him lie on his tummy for a pose. He then laid his head down and wouldn't budge... he was tired and done! Luckily so were the
pictures! We went ahead and got the firs picture shown here (sorry they're all in such poor quality, I stole them off the sears website since I didn't want to buy a whole CD this time). It was a very good experience!!

Those are all just absolutely adorable...what a good lookin' family!!!! Your little Gary reminds me a bit of my little Max with that spikey blond hair and handsome little smile:)

I'm totally jealous. I can never get a good studio picture of Lilla. For her 2nd b-day I tried three different times to no avail. I had such a beautiful dress on her too...ugh! She is very used to the flashing because I'm such a ridiculous picture taker. She will even do things sometimes and then say to me, "Cheese!", so I have to go get my camera. What a ham!
So adorable! I how happy they are.
You have such a beautiful and photogenic family! I love how your children look very similar to each other, but still have distinctly different faces from each other!

Those are great! I love the first family picture.
Scarlet is against professional pictures... and Jak... well... he just likes to run around and be crazy. I hope one day it will go smooth. :)
